Domaine Chevallier was founded in 1986, when the brothers Claude and Jean-Louis decided to take the plunge. Chevallier is the family name and comes from chevalier, which is French for “knight.” A knight is also featured in the estate’s logo.
Mineral and fruity wine, you can drink the Chablis with starters and cooked fish, seafood, white meat, cheeses.
