Louis Jadot is a winery and négociant dedicated entirely to the production of wines from Burgundy.
The different wines that make up the blend of Louis Jadot Bourgogne Couvent des Jacobins are vinified in the traditional way and aged for 8 to 10 months, either in barrels from the winery’s own cooperage or in stainless steel tanks, with the aim of achieving a balance in which the various components are fully integrated and harmonious.
Louis Jadot Bourgogne Couvent des Jacobins is a red wine that perfectly expresses the character of Burgundy’s Pinot Noir.
